PHOENIX - A judge has ruled in favor of Glendale's $325 million deal to pay prospective Phoenix Coyotes buyer Greg Jamison to run Jobing.com arena, according to the Phoenix Business Journal .

The Business Journal reported that Maricopa Superior Court Judge Dean Fink issued the ruling on Thursday that denies the Goldwater Institute's lawsuit asking that the 20-year deal be voided.

Opponents of the city deal are trying to gather signatures to get a repeal on the ballot in November, according to the report.
