With their 5 to 3 win in game two Sunday night at Jobing.com Arena, the Coyotes find themselves just two wins away from the Western Conference Finals.
The Coyotes won both matchups between the teams in Nashville during the regular season, as well as the three road games in Chicago during the first round of the playoffs, which should give the team confidence going to Nashville.
The Predators will be without forwards Andrei Kostitsyn and Alexander Radulov, who were suspended by the team for game three for violating team curfew Saturday night, the night before the Coyotes’ 5-3 win at Jobing.com Arena.
In a matchup of two top goaltenders, 15 goals have been scored by the two teams through two games of the series, easily the highest scoring series in the second round thus far.
