FLAGSTAFF, AZ - No Kurt Warner, no Anquan Boldin, Carlos Dansby and Antrel Rolle are also no longer with the Cardinals... It's a new era of Cardinals football that began Saturday.
A huge crowd turned out in Flagstaff for the start of Cardinals training camp to watch those new look Cardinals.
Matt Leinart took the snaps under center, and has to fill the big shoes of Kurt Warner.
Leinart says he feels like he's ready for the opportunity.
"I'm just excited to play again," he said. "You know, it's been a long time but I feel like I've learned so much. Honestly, I think I can tell myself I feel like I'm fully prepared."
The Cardinals have improved every year under Ken Whisenhunt, last year going 10-6; if that trend is to continue they'll need a huge year from Leinart.
