The perfect 4-0 Arizona Cardinals are a one point favorite heading into St. Louis where they'll face the 2-2 Rams for Thursday night football.
Arizona is off to their best start since 1974 when the then St. Louis Cardinals started their season 7-0.
Arizona has won 10 of 11 games against the Rams, and seven straight in the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis.
The Cardinals are ranked 29th with just 68 rushing yards per game. Keep in mind that the team lost Beanie Wells in week three against the Eagles.
Kevin Kolb has stepped into the starting quarterback role and has proven to be consistent, completing 62.6% of his passes, and has thrown seven touchdowns and just two interceptions. His biggest target: Larry Fitzgerald who has 17 receptions for 178 yards and two touchdown passes in just the last two games.
The biggest surprise of the season has come from the defense, ranked third in the NFL. The team has only allowed 15.2 points per game and is fourth in the league with 10 forced turnovers.
In all, Arizona has nine players that are listed as questionable heading into Thursday's game, including six starters.
Darnell Dockett (hamstring)
LaRod Stephens-Howling (knee)
Todd Heap (knee)
Paris Lenon
Dan Williams (foot)
John Skelton (ankle)
Even with the injuries, you can expect the Cardinals defense to attack Sam Bradford who is ranked in the bottom half of NFL quarterbacks. He has an 80.1 passer rating and has thrown 8 interceptions. Rams running back Steven Jackson has been held to just 195 yards rushing and no touchdowns. Jackson is considered questionable for Thursday's game.
Prediction: Cardinals 30, Rams, 13
