I’ve held off on talking about the Cardinals win over the Patriots for two reasons: one; I wanted to hear what the rest of the local media would be talking about and two; I wanted to hear what Cardinals fans had to say about the win.
So tonight, it’s my turn! The fact is, the Cardinals are for real! Did you know there are just six undefeated teams in the NFL right now, and the Cardinals are one of them?
You can talk all you want about Kevin Kolb or the defense or special teams, but the reality is, Sunday's win is probably the biggest regular season win ever by the Cardinals!
So they clearly deserve to be 2 and 0. Who cares how they got here, it’s a team game and teams win games! So let’s not spend too much time worrying about who did what and who didn’t do enough, let’s just enjoy the fact that the Cardinals are 2 and 0, and if they can beat the Eagles on Sunday, it’ll be the first time since 1974 that they’ve started a season 3 and 0!
WOW! Let’s hope for a win Sunday!
