SATURDAY 1/19

GUN APPRECIATION RALLY
Guns Across America will hold a Second Amendment Rights rally. 12pm, Arizona State Capitol, Phoenix.

PHOENIX GUN SHOW
The Phoenix Gun Show, put on by Crossroads of the West, is expected to draw thousands of firearm enthusiasts. 9am-5pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday, Arizona State Fairgrounds, Phoenix.

HUMAN RIGHTS MARCH
Tonatierra and the Barrio Defense Committee will lead a 13-mile human rights march from the Fourth Avenue Jail to Glendale's Police Headquarters. 9:30am start, Downtown Phoenix.

NEW CITIZENS
Approximately 200 people will become new U.S. citizens by taking the citizenship oath at a multi-cultural festival. 11am, Library Plaza, Chandler.

UofA VS ASU BASKETBALL
The University of Arizona Wildcats will play the Arizona State Sun Devils in a big Pac-12 in-state basketball showdown. 12:30pm, Wells Fargo Arena, Tempe.

COYOTES OPENER
The Phoenix Coyotes start their season on the road against the Stars. 7pm CST, Dallas.

SUNDAY 1/20

COYOTES HOME OPENER
The Phoenix Coyotes will play their first home game of the lockout-shortened NHL season, hosting the Chicago Blackhawks. 8pm, Jobing.com Arena, Glendale.

PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION
President Barack Obama will officially be sworn in for his second term. 12pm EST, White House, Washington, D.C.

ROCK 'N' ROLL MARATHON
The P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and Half Marathon will take over the streets of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe on Sunday morning as thousands of runners participate.
