LOOP 303 STRETCH OPENING
The Arizona Department of Transportation is scheduled to open three new southbound lanes of Loop 303 between Grand Avenue and Peoria Avenue by Monday morning. This is a significant milestone in turning the Loop 303 in the West Valley into a six-lane freeway, with all construction scheduled for completion by fall 2014.
SKY TRAIN MILLIONTH PASSENGER
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport officials are expecting the PHX Sky Train to transport its one millionth passenger on Monday.
