SATURDAY 1/12

MORNING FREEZE
Temperatures will dip into the 20s in some parts of the Valley Saturday morning.

LIGHT RAIL EXTENSION
Valley Metro and City of Phoenix will break ground on the Northwest light rail extension, 3.2 miles up 19th Avenue. 11am, 19th Avenue & Dunlap, Phoenix.

MESA GUN SHOW
Crossroads of the West will hold a gun show for buying, selling, and trading. 9am-5pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday, Mesa Convention Center.

GLENDALE GLITTER & GLOW
Twenty hot air balloons and ten bands will draw thousands to the Glendale Glitter & Glow Block Party. 4pm-10pm, Downtown Glendale.

SUNDAY 1/13

NO PANTS LIGHT RAIL
As part of a global event, some will participate in the annual No Pants Light Rail Ride. The event is designed to make people laugh. 1pm, Phoenix.
