LOUGHNER PLEA HEARING
Suspected Tucson shooter Jared Loughner is expected to be in a federal courtroom for a competency hearing and, if found competent, a plea hearing. The plea deal would lead to a life sentence for Loughner rather than the death penalty. 11am, DeConcini U.S. Courthouse, Tucson.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY LOTTERY
The Arizona Department of Health Services will hold a lottery to select medical marijuana dispensaries. There will be 126 dispensaries spaced out throughout the state, drawn from the 486 applications. 9am, Arizona State Lab, Phoenix.

SIKH INTERFAITH PRAYER VIGIL
Arizona Interfaith Movement will hold a prayer vigil for the victims of the shootings at a Wisconsin Sikh prayer service. 7:30pm, Arizona Interfaith Movement / Sundt Construction Office Building front lawn, Phoenix.

COPPER THEFT REWARD
