ARIZONA PRIMARY ELECTION
Voters will cast their ballots in Arizona's primary election. The key races to watch are the Republican primary for U.S. Senate between Wil Cardon and Jeff Flake, the Republican primary for Congressional District 6 between Ben Quayle and David Schweikert, the Republican primary for Congressional District 5 between Kirk Adams and Matt Salmon, the primaries for both parties for the newly formed Congressional District 9, the Democratic primary for Maricopa County Sheriff, and primaries for both parties for Pinal County Sheriff.

TROPICAL STORM ISAAC
New Orleans is preparing for Tropical Storm Isaac, expected to become a hurricane before making landfall late Tuesday or early Wednesday.

TSA PRE-CHECK
The Transportation Security Administration will show off the new Pre-Check lane for frequent flyers who apply for and are accepted into the program. 8:15am, Terminal 4 Concourse A, Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix.

BOYFRIEND SHOT SENTENCING
Julie Kuhns, who pleaded guilty to attempt to commit disorderly conduct, is scheduled to be sentenced. She was accused of shooting her boyfriend. 8:45am, Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.

SUNS BALL KIDS INTERVIEWS
The Phoenix Suns will interview prospective Ball Kids age 16 and older for the 2012-13 season. 5pm, US Airways Center, Phoenix.
