EXCESSIVE HEAT
The Valley is under an Excessive Heat Warning, with Tuesday's high forecast at 114 degrees.

SMOKE SHOP MURDERS HEARING
A judge will hear arguments on a motion for probable cause in the case of 15-year-old Tyson Langley, charged with two counts of murder tied to a Peoria smoke shop robbery. 9:30am, Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.

SUN LAKES WATER RATES
About 10,000 water customers in Sun Lakes, many being seniors on fixed incomes, are facing a possible 18 percent rate increase from Pima Utility Company. The water utility says it hasn't had a rate increase in more than a decade and funds are needed to keep providing safe and steady water to the community. The Arizona Corporation Commission will take public comment on the issue. 10am, Sun Lakes Country Club, Sun Lakes.

HEALTHCARE ACT FORUM
Business and community leaders will learn how the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision healthcare will affect Arizona at a panel discussion. 7:30am-9:30am, Sonntag Pavilion, St. Joseph's Hospital, Phoenix.

ABC15 CONSUMER PHONE BANK
Viewers looking for help with their mortgage situation, refinancing, foreclosure avoidance, or other housing issues can talk to experts Tuesday from 4pm-6:30pm as ABC15 hosts a consumer phone bank.
