FAST AND FURIOUS CONTEMPT VOTE
The House Oversight Committee could vote on whether to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress over failing to produce documents subpoenaed in the Operation Fast and Furious investigation. 10am EDT, Washington, D.C.
VULNERABLE ADULT ABUSE ARRAIGNMENT
Arraignment is scheduled for a husband and wife charged with second-degree murder, two counts of vulnerable adult abuse, and kidnapping in connection with the death of the woman's mentally challenged brother. 8:30am, Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.
BACKPAGE.COM PROTEST
A group will be protesting outside the New Times/Village Voice headquarters over the media company's backpage.com, which includes online classified ads for "adult services." 7am-9am, 12th Street & Jefferson, Phoenix.
