FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL
A memorial service will be held for fallen law enforcement officers from the ATF, DEA, FBI, and the U.S. Marshals Service. 10am, FBI Offices, Phoenix.
FORECLOSURE PREVENTION WORKSHOP
Representatives and underwriters from a number of banks and organizations will participate in a foreclosure prevention workshop hosted by Congressman Ben Quayle. 9am-4pm, Q Building, Paradise Valley Community College, Phoenix.
INJURED OFFICER WHEELCHAIR
Bill Weigt, who retired from Peoria Police after being shot in the line of duty and paralyzed, will receive a new state-of-the-art wheelchair to help with his police investigator work. The wheelchair will have blue and red lights and can reach speeds up to 20 miles per hour. 8pm, Santisi Brothers Pizzeria and Sports Grill, Phoenix.
