PHOENIX - There's a huge need for foster and adoptive homes across our state, and a new project is being launched to help find families.
Nearly a dozen children from foster care were photographed on Saturday for a project called the Children's Heart Gallery.
Their pictures will appear in traveling exhibits through Arizona.
