SONS SHOT TRIAL PENALTY PHASE CLOSINGS
Closing arguments are scheduled in the penalty phase of the trial of Andre Leteve, found guilty of shooting his two young sons over a custody issue. 10:30am, Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.
ATTORNEY GENERAL HIT-RUN PRETRIAL
A pretrial conference is scheduled in the hit-and-run case against Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne. 1:30pm, Phoenix Municipal Court.
CHEMICAL LEAK DRILL
Fire Department hazardous materials crews with respond to a mock chemical spill for a training drill. 9am, Peoria Sports Complex.
AVONDALE VETERANS MEMORIAL
A new veterans memorial will be unveiled. 4pm, Goodyear Farms Historic Cemetery, Avondale.
