Kelly Ann Wasko, charged with fraudulent schemes and theft for allegedly claiming she had cancer and collecting $12,000 in donations, is scheduled for arraignment. 8:30 a.m., Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.
GIRLFRIEND MURDER SENTENCING
Victor Martinez, found guilty of second-degree murder and child abuse, is scheduled to be sentenced. He was accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend in front of her 2-year-old daughter while they were in a vehicle and then leaving the child in the car. 8:30 a.m., Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix.
TEACHER JOB FAIR
The Roosevelt School District is holding a job fair, looking to hire teachers for all grades kindergarten through six. 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Roosevelt School District Office, Phoenix.
