PHOENIX - Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer's political action committee reports receiving more than $900,000 in donations this year, including $250,000 from billionaire Las Vegas casino owner Sheldon Adelson and his wife, Miriam.

A postelection campaign finance report for Brewer's committee discloses the Oct. 19 contribution from the Adelsons.

The Associated Press has reported the couple gave a total of $95 million in political donations during the election season.

Brewer's committee reported making large outlays in support or against various Arizona congressional candidates. Those included six-figure spending in support of Republican Jeff Flake's successful campaign for U.S. Senate

In all, the committee reports spending $680,000.

It reported having $245,000 cash left over.
