Puente Arizona will hold a vigil and demonstration outside Tent City, calling for Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to close it down following the death of an inmate earlier this month. 6 p.m., Tent City Jail, Phoenix.
LEGISLATIVE FORECAST LUNCHEON
Governor Jan Brewer will speak at the annual Legislative Forecast Luncheon, days before she delivers her State of the State Address. 11 a.m., Phoenix Convention Center.
