Ready for a light show?
Experts expected the Geminid meteor shower to be a lively show Thursday night with great views in the skies over Earth, according to NASA.
NASA experts say the week of December 10 offers a good window for Geminid viewing, but Thursday was the peak viewing time, and NASA helped those who wanted a clear look at the rare occurrence.
The agency mounted a camera at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala. where weather was expected to be perfectly clear for the Geminid shower.
Watch LIVE FEED of the shower (expected to begin at 9 p.m. Arizona time)
