TOLLESON, AZ - Police have identified a Valley man who was found floating in a Tolleson canal last month.
Police say dental records helped the medical examiner confirm the body was that of 68-year-old Frank Lawson, of Phoenix.
Lawson's decomposed body was found in the canal south of McDowell Road and east of 91st Avenue on Sept. 26.
Following the discovery, Tolleson police released a sketch of the man, who was later identified by a family member.
Police say the case is still under investigation.
