TOLLESON, AZ - Another drop house with deplorable living conditions inside has been found in suburban Phoenix.
Department of Public Safety spokesman Bart Graves tells The Associated Press that 28 people were found inside the house Friday in Tolleson. Twenty-seven men and one woman were found.
Authorities were led to the house after a smuggler contacted family members demanding money and the family then called Tolleson police.
Graves says authorities identified one of the men as a human smuggler.
Inside the house, the windows were boarded up to keep people from escaping.
