SURPRISE, AZ - Police say two children have been transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries Saturday morning after a car crash in Surprise.
The collision happened around 8 a.m. near Bullard Avenue and Cactus Road in Surprise, police said.
A 16-year-old and an 18-month-old child sustained the worst injures in the crash, police said.
The 16-year-old reportedly was ejected from the car.
Police have not said what caused the accident.
Three other people were involved in the accident and either had minor, or no, injuries.
