SURPRISE, AZ - Neighborhoods in a rural part of Surprise hit with heavy floods.
The rain overnight caused many dirt roads and washes to fill with water.
More than a dozen drivers who took a risk got stuck and had to be rescued by fire and police on scene.
Several homes were also flooded.
No one was hurt in the storm.
