Police look for 3 after Surprise bank robbery

SURPRISE, Ariz. - Police are searching for three suspects who robbed a Wells Fargo bank in Surprise early Saturday afternoon.

Surprise police Sgt. Bert Anzini said witnesses reported that one of the suspects pointed a handgun and demanded money from employees at the bank near Sunrise and Clearview boulevards.

The suspects reportedly left the scene with the cash in a dark colored two-door BMW.

Anzini said two of the suspects were described as adult males in their early 20s with dark complexions, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall weighing between 150 and 180 pounds. Both were wearing long-sleeved shirts, beanies and sun-glasses.

The third suspect was described as a tall, white male who was also wearing a beanie and sunglasses.
