MCSO: Car collides with train in Sun City; woman goes to hospital

SUN CITY, AZ - A woman suffered minor injuries after colliding with a train Friday morning in Sun City.
Authorities say it happened near 107th Avenue/Del Webb Boulevard and Grand Avenue in Sun City.
Emergency crews transported the woman to the hospital as a precaution while the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
According to MCSO spokesman Jeff Sprong, the woman was driving a Chevrolet sedan when her vehicle collided with the train around 10 a.m.
