PEORIA, AZ - Police say three people were taken to the hospital after a head-on collision Wednesday afternoon in Peoria.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. near Northern and 83rd avenues.
According to Peoria police spokeswoman Amanda Jacinto, one person was unable to get out of the vehicle on his or her own.
Air15 video showed a mini van and sedan with front end damage in the roadway.
Details surrounding the crash are limited at this time.
