GOODYEAR, AZ - Authorities in Goodyear say a 64-year-old man has been charged with killing his wife and adult son.
Goodyear police spokeswoman Lisa Kutis says Eugene Maraventano is accused of first-degree murder in the deaths Saturday of 63-year-old Janet Maraventano and 27-year-old Bryan Maraventano.
Kutis says Eugene Maraventano was arrested and booked into jail on Monday.
According to Kutis, Maraventano, his wife and his son were the only people at the home when the wife and son were killed.
