GLENDALE, AZ - A Glendale resident is fearful after someone stole not one but two cars right from her garage.
"It had to have happened while I was sleeping," said victim Judith Hicks.
It was a bold overnight car theft in Glendale.
"When I got up at seven in the morning and came out to get in my vehicle it was missing," Hicks said.
Not only was Hicks' Toyota F.J. gone but the thieves came inside the house and stole her purse with the car keys inside.
"I was very scared and very upset and very concerned something else could have happened," Hicks said.
Three days later police recovered the car but a surprise came in the mail a couple of weeks later.
A photo radar ticket was taken while the car was missing. It showed a stranger driving her car.
But that wasn't the end.
On Wednesday someone stole another car from her garage in the same way.
"After two thefts of two automobiles out of my garage, yes I feel like I am very vulnerable," Hicks said.
Luckily, she now has both cars back but it leaves Hicks wondering why her.
"I just feel like I've been targeted some way," she said.
So now she's taking steps to stop it from happening again.
"I've had my home re-keyed twice now," Hicks said.
And she's having a security system installed.
"So hopefully we'll feel safe again in our home," Hicks said.
Police have the photo radar ticket and are investigating.
