GLENDALE, AZ - Police say an argument between roommates led to the shooting death of a Glendale woman last night.
Glendale police Sgt. Brent Coombs said that just after 10 p.m. officers responded to a call of shots fired at an apartment complex near 67th and Glendale avenues.
Officers found 25-year-old Deetta Juluke dead of a gunshot wound in one of the apartments. Also in the apartment was her roommate, 27-year-old Denise Lewis.
Detectives determined the two roommates had been in a fight that escalated into a shooting.
Lewis was arrested and booked into jail for second-degree murder.
