GLENDALE - Glendale police have confirmed to ABC15, an off-duty police lieutenant was cited for suspicion of DUI early Friday morning.
Police spokesman Brent Coombs said officers arrested Rachael Bousman, 39, at around 1:15 a.m.
Officers drew blood to determine her blood alcohol content. Phoenix police Sgt. Trent Crump said those results will be released at a later date.
Coombs said Bousman was cited and released and will remain on administrative leave while the department conducts an internal investigation.
Bousman is a 14-year veteran of Glendale police force.
