GLENDALE, AZ - Police say a driver died after crashing into a tree Friday morning in Glendale.
Sgt. Brent Coombs with the Glendale Police Department said it happened around 3:15 a.m. at 67th Avenue and Deer Valley Road.
The woman driving the vehicle was the only one involved, Coombs said.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area during their morning commute.
Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the crash.
