GLENDALE, AZ - Police believe speed may be a factor in an accident that killed a man in Glendale Monday night.
Glendale police spokesman Brent Coombs said the accident happened near 67th Avenue and Bell Road around 9 p.m.
Coombs said the 20-year-old man was heading eastbound on Bell Road when he lost control of his car, flew through the median and struck a tree causing his car to rollover.
Parts of Bell Road between 67th and 75th Avenues were shut down while police investigated.
