GLENDALE, AZ - Treyce Montoya analyzes people's handwriting for a living.
Over the years she's examined hundreds of examples and even authored several books on the subject.
Montoya had not seen Governor Brewer's letter to President Obama until she was asked by ABC15 for her analysis.
"The first thing I noticed right away was the double P for president which shows anxiety," said Montoya.
The end of the first paragraph also caught Montoya's eye where the governor mentions Arizona being in the top 10 for job creation.
"She starts separating her words which shows she's not super confident in what she said," said Montoya.
As the letter goes on, Montoya notices the part about Arizona's 'tremendous results.'
Montoya tells ABC15 the governor's handwriting suddenly becomes illegible.
"Anytime you have an illegible word, you have deception or anxiety, or both," said Montoya.
Montoya claims the governor's offer to buy the president lunch at the end of the letter again shows a lack of sincerity because the spacing.
Governor Brewer closes the letter by simply signing, 'with respect, Jan.'
"She does have some good things in her writing," added Montoya. "She has a good business acumen. She's analytical. She's creative. There's a lot about her that's good."
A spokesperson for Brewer called the analysis "junk science."
