EL MIRAGE, AZ - An El Mirage man has been arrested on a charge of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Julian Marquez, 46, was arrested Friday as he hid at a residence in El Mirage, according to police.
El Mirage police said in a news release Marquez was the boyfriend of the victim's mother when the incident occurred.
The mother reportedly contacted police after finding explicit photographs of her daughter.
Marquez was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Maricopa County Jail.
