AVONDALE, AZ - Police are asking for the public's help identifying a woman who was found dead in Avondale Sunday morning.
Police spokesman Brandon Busse said the woman was found around 8:40 a.m. near 108th Avenue and Indian School Road.
Busse said police are investigating the woman's death as a homicide.
Authorities said the identity of the victim is still unknown. At this time there is no suspect information and it is unknown if this was a random act of violence.
Busse said the woman was wearing jogging clothes when she was killed.
