TEMPE, AZ - Officials say one person suffered critical injuries after a two-car crash in Tempe early Thursday.
The accident happened near Baseline Road and McClintock Drive.
Police say there was one person in each vehicle and both were taken to the hospital, one in critical condition.
Video showed one vehicle resting against a block wall fence off the roadway. The other vehicle could be seen with extensive damage nearby.
There was no immediate word on how the accident happened.
The road was closed for several hours for the investigation.
