TEMPE, AZ - Three men have been arrested for a robbery in which an employee was shot in Tempe last month.

Tempe police say detectives arrested 44-year-old Gary Beckstead, 32-year-old Charles Eaton and 33-year-old Christopher Ridgway.

Police say three suspects went into the Discount Appliance store near University Drive and 44th Street on Saturday, January 19 and robbed the store at gunpoint.

During the robbery, a store employee was shot. The victim was taken to the hospital with a serious injury, police said.

The suspects fled the scene and police detectives went to work identifying and locating all three suspects.

There was no word from police on when the men were arrested or the charges they are facing.
