SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ - Authorities say a Mesa woman is accused of driving impaired and with a revoked license in a crash that injured four people in San Tan Valley.
Pinal County Sheriff's officials say 50-year-old Susan Jimenez will likely face charges of DUI, aggravated assault and endangerment after her blood test is completed.
They say Jimenez showed signs of alcohol impairment after Friday night's crash and a nearly empty bottle of vodka was found in her car.
Sheriff's officials say Jimenez was convicted of aggravated DUI in April 1999 in Maricopa County and her driver's license was revoked.
They say a 51-year-old woman, 20-year-old man and two young girls in a minivan were injured in the head-on collision with Jimenez's vehicle.
All four suffered non-life threatening injuries. Jimenez also escaped serious injury.
