MESA, AZ - Mesa police have arrested a man who is suspected of robbing several Mesa residents from June 25th to July 8th.
Mesa police said 22-year-old Dominique Franklin was arrested on Monday night and admitted to the robberies.
According to police, Franklin approached pedestrians on foot in the same area and threatened to shoot them if they did not give up money and/or property.
During a search warrant of Franklin’s home police found stolen property from victims, a hand gun and drugs.
Police said the robberies occurred in a residential area on Longmore between Broadway Road and Southern Avenue.
Franklin has been booked on robbery, kidnapping, and drug charges.
