MESA, AZ - Mesa police say a man who showed signs of driving under the influence late Wednesday night had two children in the vehicle with him.
Scottsdale resident Jozef Butler, 27, struck another vehicle after failing to yield during a left turn near Mesa Drive and McKellips Road, according to police.
Inside the truck with him were two small children, ages 2 and 3.
Butler, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication, has had a suspended license since 2003 and was previously convicted for a DUI in 2008.
Police said the second vehicle's occupants had minor injuries.
