MESA, AZ - Volunteers for the organization Citizens for a Better Arizona Recall Pearce have been working hard to gather signatures for their movement.

They need 7,756 valid signatures from registered Mesa voters in District 18.

They have until May 31st to submit the petitions to the Secretary of State.

The organization says it is working to recall Pearce because they believe his agenda is too extreme for Arizona.

Citizens for a Better Arizona Recall Pearce has already met its goal, but volunteers continue to work towards gathering 500 more signatures each week until their deadline.
