MESA, AZ - Authorities in Mesa have arrested a suspect in connection with last month's shooting death of a convenience store clerk.
Mesa police say 20-year-old Keishaun Green is being held on suspicion of one count of first-degree murder.
Police say Green claims he didn't kill 52-year-old Ibrahim Robles Sr. But officers say he's being considered as a suspect after reviewing physical evidence at the crime scene.
Robles was on duty at the Valero gas station when he was shot on May 31.
Police say Green also is suspected in the fatal shooting of another man in Mesa last Saturday.
They say a 15-year-old boy has been booked into jail in that case, but his name isn't being released because he's a juvenile.
