MESA, AZ - Mesa police are looking for a teenage girl who was reported missing from a juvenile group home three days ago.

Police say 16-year-old Sonia Rojas was last seen at the home near Meridian and Adobe roads on December 23 around 7:30 p.m.

Rojas has been diagnosed as bi-polar and schizophrenic and has multiple personality disorder, police say.

She reportedly took her daily medications before she left, but did not take any of them with her.

Police say Rojas has no money or cell phone and was last seen wearing dark jeans, a long sleeve black shirt, black sweater, dark blue tennis shoes with green stripes and a Hannah Montana backpack blue paper covering the Hannah Montana portion.

She is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, 150 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes.

Police say Rojas may have been headed to Phoenix and uses public transportation.

Anyone with information about Rojas' location should call the Mesa Police Department.
