GILBERT, AZ - Authorities arrested Gilbert PetSmart manager Roy Aguilar for embezzling money from the company.
The 44-year-old manager from Queen Creek was arrested after the PetSmart corporation investigated the scheme and discovered approximately $16,000 had been taken from nightly cash deposits.
The theft of the money dated back to October 2011.
According to Gilbert police, Aguilar has since been booked into jail.
