GILBERT, AZ - ABC15 has learned a Valley man may be permanently disfigured after police say his wife ran over him for not voting against President Barack Obama in the election.

According to court paperwork, Daniel Solomon suffered from a pelvic fracture and artery damage and possible “permanent disfiguration."

Police arrested Holly Solomon after officers said she used a car to run over her husband because he did not vote in this month’s presidential election.

A spokesperson for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office told ABC15 their office already has the case and is now reviewing it.

Solomon is being held on a $50,000 bond.
