CHANDLER, AZ - An East Valley business is offering $600 to anyone who wants to quit working for the company.

Doctors Goodman and Partridge want to set apart people who are only working at their OB/GYN practice for a paycheck from those who want to be with the practice for the long haul.

Their practice, which has been open for 34 years, has six Southeast Valley locations and has reportedly been voted one of the best places to work by the Phoenix Business Journal and the Best OB/GYN by Best of Greater Phoenix.

Goodman and Partridge say they would rather see their time and money spent on team members who will add sustainable value to the practice.

"By offering employees $600 to leave the practice we can determine who is happy with their position and looks forward to growing with the practice,” said Goodman. “We want to employ people who are passionate about our group and who want to be here - it's our responsibility to keep honest, hardworking and competent people."

So far no employees have decided to take the offer.
