CHANDLER, AZ - A Chandler medical office has begun an unusual practice of paying job applicants to not work for them.

Drs. Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN is a women's healthcare provider located at Dobson and Frye roads.

According to a release from the office, they are continually looking to hire more personnel to accommodate the needs of their growing number of patients.

As they search for the "right" employee, they have a very unique way of weeding out potential applicants.

after the initial orientation for employment, the new employee is reportedly offered $250 not to work for the practice.

Why?

According to the release, the team's goal is to screen out any new hire that would rather just take the money and run, rather than be with the practice for the long haul.
