CHANDLER, AZ - Police say a 36-year-old Chandler man was arrested after he sprayed two people in the face with what he called "holy water."
Officers said Francisco Villa, 36, made the liquid, a mixture of vegetable oil, bleach, and tabasco sauce himself.
A man apparently saw Villa spraying the substance on cars, and when he asked Villa about it, Villa sprayed him in the face.
Authorities said a second man was sprayed when he jumped in to help.
Neither of the two men were seriously hurt, but told police they wanted Villa to be prosecuted.
There is no word at this time what charges, if any, Villa is facing.
Police believe Villa may be mentally challenged.
