PHOENIX - Inmates housed at Tent City in southwest Phoenix are facing a freezing cold night.
Lows could fall to the mid 20s overnight.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office says inmates housed outside will be provided extra blankets.
In addition inmates will be issued pink thermal underwear to counteract the winter chill.
