PHOENIX - A brush fire in Southwest Phoenix sent thick smoke into the Valley sky on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Phoenix Fire Department Spokesperson Scott Walker, the first call about the blaze near 67th Avenue and Dobbins Road came in around 3:45pm.
Walker said the 2-acre blaze was reported in a hay field.
Video from Air15 showed several fire crews working to put out the blaze at 5 p.m.
It's unclear what caused the fire.
